Les Invisibles
Les Invisibles are a nomadic group of spiritual technologists who are primarily associated with Noir Los Angeles. To most they are known as ruthless traders, contributing to or even driving the black markets in a number of threads. They also have a thriving transcendentalist anti-religious EDM cult which is based in Los Angeles, though other branches almost certainly exist (New Orleans is a prime candidate, though the cult there would be much more traditional than its LA-based counterpart).
While Les Invisibles is ostensibly a 'secret society' it is not difficult for a motivated person to find Les Invis 'frontmen' such as Konrad Stahl. Delving further into knowledge of the group generally requires initiation, a process that is largely unknown to most.
The accepted iconic representation of Les Invisibles is an open eye with a slitted pupil.

Known Cells
Los Angeles – Largest known cell, may actually be more than one cell. Community centered around LA’s EDM scene (see above).
New Orleans – Contains an active cell, though it is extremely low key as it needs to blend in with NOLA's vodou culture.
Manhattan – Active cell, but well-hidden.
PHMW – Little is known about Les Invis's presence in the P-Poc.
