Gershom and Dark's Bedlam Funfair

Gershom and Dark's Bedlam Funfair is allegedly a traveling carnival run by Halston Dark and his erstwhile partner, "Mr. Gershom."
Simon Sebastian and Dark have been traveling with the JET to round up talent and raise awareness of the carnival, and have been saying that it should be touring 'soon'. They have given no indication of precisely when nor where the carnival will tour.
The mysterious departure of One-Eye Jack with Dark and Sebastian suggests that Jack may have been recruited to be a part of the carnival this tour.
History and Rumors
Folks from the P-Poc may vaguely remember stories about a "Dark Carnival" that rolled through some very obscure places ten years ago, not too long after the New Orleans gate opened. It's hard to find anybody who actually ever saw it, and some people think it's not even real, just a story based on some of the first entertainers who came up by riverboat from New Orleans.
Other stories say that it had an elephant, that it brought rain one time and saved a town, or left some town with none of the inhabitants sane. Likely that's all just stories, nobody has ever seen much evidence of it. If it was real at all, it didn't tour a lot of the logical places like Port Tucumcari or the larger Oklahoma steadings, but a lot of small hole-in-the-wall places.
Rational folks say there was a show of that name that came up from New Orleans, trying to suss out the market. They travelled as the entertainment arm of a disreputable caravan (because that was all they could get affiliated with) and when the caravan went bustup, they went home. No mystery there, just a bunch of fanciful stories.
